All Pandoz store products are manufactured to order under the responsibility of Al-Jalsa Trading Company, and manufacturing is not completed until 24 hours after the order. During this period of time, the customer can only cancel the order.
After 24 hours of placing the order, we begin manufacturing according to the order, its color and specifications within 10 working days. After that, the order cannot be cancelled or returned by the customer.
The order can be returned in case of manufacturing defects or if the pictures do not match what you received.
